Classic Egypt in 4 days: Cairo, Luxor & Aswan
- Duration
- 4 days
- Starts
- 08:00
- Group
- Up to 6
- Pace
- Moderate
Four private days with the same guide from start to finish: Giza and the GEM, the temples and tombs of Luxor, and Aswan with a felucca on the Nile.
- The same guide for all four days
- Giza pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum
- Karnak, Luxor Temple and the Valley of the Kings
- Philae and a felucca at sunset in Aswan
- Domestic flights and all transfers arranged
The trip most first-time visitors want, without the coach or the 5 a.m. shopping stops. I travel with you the whole way, we take short domestic flights between cities, and every day is paced so you have the afternoon light — and some time to yourself.
How I run this tour
- It is private: just you, your companions, me and a driver.
- The timings are a plan, not a schedule — we slow down wherever you want to.
- Questions are the point. Nothing is too basic or too nerdy.
“The stones are 4,500 years old. The stories should still feel alive.”

“Karim made the whole day feel like a conversation, not a lecture. He read the hieroglyphs on the walls for us and somehow knew exactly when we needed a coffee break.”
“Wonderful guide and a great route. The day was long and hot — go in winter if you can — but Karim adapted the pace for my mother.”
“Excellent content and very well organised. Traffic on the way back was heavy, which no one can control, but the tour itself was superb.”
